    also wheres real estatetoro y moi. or cass mcbros or dead weather, or YYYz.. I want to go on the record and say I hate ‘girlz’. Girlz<wavves

    • Toro y Moi’s album comes out in 2010, and everyone else got a mention (except YYYs, whom admittedly I always forget to listen to via skepticism about SPIN-core).

      Yes The Antlers probably aren’t better than The Dirty Projectors, but Hospice might be more of an album than Bitte Orca. That said I can think of arguments for putting any of my top five at #1.

      And yes, Girls are overrated. At least I didn’t put them at #3:
